India-Pakistan Matches to be Held at Neutral Venues
Due to ongoing diplomatic tensions, India and Pakistan will not face each other on home soil. Following India’s refusal to tour Pakistan for the Champions Trophy 2025, it was mutually agreed that their matches in ICC events will be held at neutral venues.
As a result, Pakistan Women’s team will play all their group matches in Colombo, regardless of the draw. If Pakistan progresses to the semi-final or final, Colombo is expected to host those games to avoid travel restrictions.
