English all-rounder Ben Stokes reached the milestone of 200 Test wickets by dismissing Kirk McKenzie in the opening match against West Indies. With this achievement, Stokes joins an elite group as only the third player in Test cricket history to accomplish both 200 wickets and 6000 runs. The other two legendary players who share this remarkable record are Gary Sobers and Jacques Kallis.
In the same game, Stokes claimed another wicket, that of Mikyle Louis, raising his wicket tally to 201 and his runs to 6320. Gary Sobers amassed 8032 runs and 235 wickets during his illustrious career, while Jacques Kallis achieved 13289 runs and 292 wickets, solidifying their iconic statuses in the sport.
